Issue Plesk File Manager not showing

My clients have been trying to access their site files using the Plesk 12.5, but the screen looks like the following, with only the sidebar menu and the domain title, and the file manager does not complete loading.

The server has ample resources and only 4 sites.
2 core, 4GB ram, Centos 7 with all updates
The site is on AWS EC2

# plesk repair fs slatediscounts.com.au

I have run the repair a few times and each time it comes up with the following:

Checking virtual hosts' file system ................................. [OK]

Error messages: 0; Warnings: 0; Errors resolved: 0

I then go back into plesk but the issue remains the same

Any related error messages in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log, /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log and /var/log/sw-cp-server/sw-engine.log ?

Hi Igor,
There are no errors in any of those three logs relating to the opening of the file manager. There are only errors relating to folder permission problems that we had previously but are now resolved
