Resolved Plesk firewall and FTPS

Hi to all, when I activate the plesk firewall the FTPS connection doesn't work, the client can connect but the ftp client can't retrieve the folders or do anything other operations.

It's possible to have the plesk firewall active and use the ftps?

Make sure that you have completed the steps to enable Passive FTP, and that you have permitted access to your chosen passive ports range in the firewall rules.

I usually use phpStorm to connect to my projects, when the firewall is enabled it's impossible to make any operation. When I disable the firewall rules all works perfectly.

You have got problem after "Entering Passive Mode". In passive mode, the server advertises port number and client connect to this port... and this port is not 20/tcp (FTP-data).

So, you can config port range for the passive ports if you want to change it.

You should allow this range as inbound traffic in a firewall. It could be Linux' firewall or firewall of Cloud environment if you server inside Cloud.
