Hi everybody!
I've got a strange problem on my Suse Linux 9.1 box using Plesk 7.5.
I started using portsentry to ban people which are portscanning my system. The ban is made through a drop command to iptables.
I was happy that everything worked together with the plesk firewall.
But after restarting my machine, i had to use a serial console to acces my box, because the plesk firewall (psa-firewall) failed to start.
Is is possible that my iptables commands are interferencing with the plesk firewall commands? AFAIK is the plesk firewall just a interface for iptables?!
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english!
