Plesk Foreign Migrator Agent requires .Net 2.0

When I try to install The Migration Agent for Plesk 9.2 I receive the error "Plesk Foreign Migrator Agent requires .Net 2.0 installed on this computer" and stops.

The server I am using reports that it has .Net Frameworks 3.0 installed.

Do I need to go back to .Net 2.0 just to install the Migration Agent????
