Plesk FTP Management

Hi,

I'm trying to use plesk as an FTP manager for a client. They need an ftp facility to enable geographically dispersed people to share files only - so there's no need for domain creation as such.

I'm currently manually adding users to a pureftp server on FC6.

There are two issues I've come up against - I can't get skeleton to create an empty domain directory (which is what i need) structure - also is it possible to download files via the plesk control panel ?

In short has anyone else used plesk in this way ? Help would be greatly appreciated.
