plesk function limitation?!

Hello everyone , I'm new to the forum and ask for help to solve a problem which I can not find solution . I do not know how to search the problemaper understand if others have a similar problem .

In my plesk control panel from which day and especially after the upgrade, disappeared buttons Server and tools are limited as screenshot !
I can not add domains will do just about anything.

Can someone help restore all functions ?

I did it ! Sorry for disturbing.
If can be useful , I used the command poweruser --on -lock false .
