• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk gets stuck when adding/modifying/deleting domains !

Hi,

I am facing a serious problem with Plesk (7.5.3 for windows) getting stuck when adding/modifying/deleting domains...

Say, if I am hosting a new domain, on clicking the create button, the page will just wait and wait till infinity. When I go back and check the domain listing, the new domain would show up partially created with the hosting setup showing disabled. I am also not able to manually enable the hosting setup for this domain by clicking on the Setup button. The same infinite wait comes up...

Also, if i try to remove this mess of a domain, I cannot delete this partial setup domain either...The page just seems to get stuck with the browser's progress bar just inching slowly ahead and in the end comes a 'page cannot be displayed' message.

Can any of you folks point out any possible cause of this problem...Has anyone faced this problem before....??

Same problem overhere. It happened when i tried to restore a domein from a Plesk Backup. Everything seems to be restored, except it doesn't work.

First - - looking in the IIS list the domain wasn't in the list. So i added it manually.

Removing or disabling the domain doesn't work.

I don't know if it would be a solution by deleting the domain in the Plesk database and in IIS.

Does anyone have a workaround ??
