Plesk installation error

While i am installing Plesk 8 on Windows 2003 Server.
I am facing this error durin installation Process.

" Internal error 26001, -2147467262 "

after this installation fails and rollback process start.

Please check the integrity of the Plesk installer using the MD5 sums avaiable on SWsoft's site.
