Hello All,

We need to know the IP address that used for the below.

1. Licensing server
2. Plesk updates IP address

We need to whitelist the IP address in our server firewall. Can you share the list of IP address?

Hello, @Thomas Oryon . Plesk uses a CDN to distribute Plesk packages, so if you have the option to define hostnames it will be better as the IP address could change overtime. For license validation that would be:

ka.plesk.com

If by update you mean software update and package repository, it will be:

autoinstall.plesk.com

Additionally, if you haven't already, please make sure the ports listed here are open.
