Plesk issue

When I try to add new domain, this message comes out:
Fatal error: E1203 Cannot redeclare class pleskexception in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\PleskException.php on line 75

then nothing in the control panel responds.

Please help.

Hi,
Try to remove all files from %plesk_dir%\PrivateTemp and then restart Plesk control panel service.
