Issue Plesk licence key renewal issue

Auto licence key renewal and manual attempts all give similar error:

>> License key is not prolongated yet

When I tried to run this command from cli:

# /usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/DailyMaintainance/script.php

got this response:

[2021-03-18 06:26:41.953] ERR [panel] KeyUpdate Result desc: License key is not prolongated yet
[2021-03-18 06:27:06.376] ERR [util_exec] proc_close() failed ['/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/vhostmng-find'] with exit code [1] 
[2021-03-18 06:27:06.990] ERR [extension/composer] vhostmng-find failed: Fatal error: boost::filesystem::filesystem_error(boost::filesystem::status: Too many levels of symbolic links: "./usr/bin/sbin")

Is there any solution for this? Could not find anything useful here on forum, or in Plesk KB articles.
