Issue Plesk License does not renew!

silver

Basic Pleskian
Hello I've got an error on my server during installing a new license... this is error :

Bash:
Could not update the license. Make sure that connections to the license server ka.plesk.com on TCP port 443 are not blocked. See how to do so.

I follow the link,put "195.214.233.81 ka.plesk.com" into /etc/hosts and restart ... nothing solved!
also using command line license installation does not work! and same error occurred!

telnet also is not installed and after writing yum install telnet, this will happen :

Bash:
[root@host ~]# yum install telnet
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
 * base: mirror.plusweb.com.tr
 * extras: centos.vargonen.com
 * updates: centos.vargonen.com
http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PHP72_17/dist-rpm-CentOS-7-x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 12] Timeout on http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PHP72_17/dist-rpm-CentOS-7-x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: (28, 'Operation too slow. Less than 1000 bytes/sec transferred the last 30 seconds')
Trying other mirror.

Using Centos 7, Plesk Obsidian 18.0.21.
Thanks for helps in advance.

Try adding "minrate=1" to your "[main]" section of /etc/yum.conf.

Telnet installed with a long time waiting for timeouts ...
and this is the result after trying to connect to plesk license server :
Code:
telnet ka.plesk.com 443
Trying 195.214.233.81...
Connected to ka.plesk.com.
Escape character is '^]'.

It shows successful connection to Plesk license server ... so what's the problem now ?
Thanks for helps in advane.

I ran following command, and the result is :
Bash:
[root@host /]# curl https://id-00.kaid.plesk.com:443
curl: (51) Unable to communicate securely with peer: requested domain name does not match the server's certificate.

but It's able to connect insecurely :

Bash:
[root@host /]# curl https://id-00.kaid.plesk.com:443 -k
