Issue Plesk License Renew Procedure

Dear All,
My plesk License is expiring in 10 Days, its a yearly subscription. Can anyone please share the procedure to renew the License. Actually issue is that the person who was managing Plesk before me have left. So we don't have any account information to renew it.

Secondly what if i buy separate License say for 2-3 months, so how could i add this License key in my pleask.

I will be very greatful if anyone can share the Procedure.

All licenses purchased in Plesk Online Store (through our order processing vendor cleverbridge) have automatic renewal enabled by default. More details can be found in this KB article: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...ite-Will-my-license-be-renewed-automatically-

OK thanks for your reply, but the question is that currently we are using Yearly plesk subscription, but we don't want to continue this, can we go for new monthly subscription and apply this new License on our current plesk.(Do i need to upload this new license manually if its possible ?).
