plesk mail and Blackberry

Hallo,
i have installed on my server Parallels Plesk Panel v11.0.9_build110120608.16 os_CentOS 6
mail work fine on smartphone like iPhone and Android, on Blackberry I configure user name and password (if i put the wrong password dosen't connect) but i cant recive any mail.

What can i do ??
