Plesk Management Service - SLOW!

We;ve just replaced or old server with a new one. (3ghz/1gb/2x80gbsata raid1/win2k3 standard/plesk 7.0.2)

eveyrthing is fine, but when i start

Plesk Management Service

all the website's are slow. ( i need to wait minutes). If i stop the service, it's back agian like the fastest train ever

So ... what's going on? Who can help me.

It is difficult to understand why it happens. It will be more quickly if you ask Plesk support to help you. Create ticket with a reference on this thread.
