Issue Plesk Migration from PPA to Obsidian

Hi!

I'm trying to migrate from old PPA version 11.5 Update #23 to Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.27 Update #1, i did try to follow this ---> guide <---
i've entered the IP adress and administrator login for both platforms, and when i start the migration process it only says Preparing migration "starting..." and then loading, and it ends up with the error
"Failed to perform action: Check connections
Cause: Failed to execute remote command on '192.168.0.110' server. Check debug log (usually at "%SYSTEMDRIVE%\plesk_migrator\rpc-agent\debug.log") for more details.
That is a critical error, migration was stopped.

Puting the debug.log under this line.. What can be the problem? any ideas?
