• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Question plesk migration tool

New Pleskian
Good afternoon guys I'm trying to migrate Cpanel accounts to plesk but all accounts give the error below

Failed to deploy subscription 'carmelodesantos.com.br'
Migration for that subscription is considered completely failed. No further actions are performed for it.
Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Attempt #1 failed with the following error:
Unable to create subscription 'carmelodesantos.com.br'.
Command execution failed on the local server with non-zero exit code.

Attempt #2 failed with the following error:
Unable to create subscription 'carmelodesantos.com.br'.
Subscription already exists on target server: most probably it was created at the previous attempt,
but migration tools are not sure if it was created correctly.
It is recommended to:
1) Resolve the original issue that caused subscription creation to fail,
delete subscription, and then run migration again.
OR
2) Ensure that created subscription is fine, or the original issue is minor,
then simply run migration for that subscription again.

Failed to set password for user 'carmelobrasil'
Have you tried to reset password for this user on cPanel side according to "BAD PASSWORD: The password contains less than 1 non-alphanumeric characters"?

Yes but this error:

MySQL database 'jnfconta_warp' does not exist on target. Its content will not be copied.
Resolve the issue with database creation or create database on target panel. Then run migration for the failed subscription once more.
