Issue Plesk Mobile Auth not Working

WhizzHacks

New Pleskian
I installed the plesk mobile extension on my Server.
I installed plesk mobile on my phone.

The login credentials are correct, checked it many times.
The problem is, the domains that are stored are displayed there, as soon as I go to "Info" or "Services" I get the error: Authorization error: "The specified user name or password is incorrect." Do I possibly have to change something in the firewall for this to work or configure my services for this? This error occurs on every server of mine.

Just so you know. I have the exact same issue. Perhaps between the two of us we can get someone to figure this out.

Same problem here on one of my servers. Ubuntu 22.04.3, latest Obsidian installed.
Tried to reinstall mobile extension, but no success. Anybody?

@alapshin Maybe same as PMBL-652?
Do not think so. Topic-starter had the issue a year before product changes that caused PMBL-652.
@imrelaszlo84 If you changed admin name (that become possible since Plesk 18.0.57) and used new name for login, that most probably you faced with PMBL-652 and there is no fix for it yet. Try to rename admin login to "admin" or use root password

Hello! I have not changed the default admin name, I use "admin" as username. The only difference is between working and not working servers, that the not working server has an additional administrator account (but is is not used for mobile application).
