Question plesk mobile login incorrect but sites are loaded

I have this problem I won't call this an issue, as this is probably on my side.

when I login into the Plesk app the sites load without errors but when I go to information or settings.
it tells me you have entered incorrect username or password.
what can be causing this?

what I did so far
nothing much really, I changed the pass to see if that resolved it but it did not.
I removed the app and reinstalled, but did not solve the problem either.
I also fixed permissions on the server to see if it had to do something with that, but no ...

any help much appreciated

same issue with me what can i do now....i have to done clear my all cache data and also reinstall everything but i can't solve this issue.
