plesk MSSQL is broken

Two days ago the server full disk space during the time plesk has broken. Now I have removed unwanted data and reduced disk space


I have seen the above error in my plesk login page. Seems to MSSQL connection is broken. However I have other database for site is working.



Please suggest database fix not for plesk database switch

Different causes can break MSSQL connections. I suggest you contact Support Team or try to troubleshoot it by yourself with help of KB article http://kb.parallels.com/111289

Do have any Plesk extension installed?
Can you specify your microupdate version?

Looks like the problem with some extension (that uses promo on home dashboard).
