Question Plesk not always adding / after .com

When I attempt to go to a directory after .com, sometimes plesk does not append the ./

For example.

when I try to hit www.example.com/plesk

it will try to hit

www.example.complesk

I have a few reverse proxies that I use in apache. I can post them if you need them as they may be the problem, but I didn't know if there was just a setting that I have missed. Whenever I try to go to the admin page of wordpress through plesk, I always recieve this problem.

Thanks Peter. Yes, I've tried restoring the original .htaccess and still happening.
At Network tab I'm seeing this, I don't know if it can helps...

Where is the 301 redirect configured and why if it is redirecting to the same domain?
