Plesk not sending DNS Notifications to slave DNS server (Microsoft DNS Server)

If I change DNS using Plesk Panel the DNS server does not send a notification to the slave server, however if I change DNS directly through the DNS Manager it does send the notifications. There can be delay between your modification DNS records from Plesk interface and maintenance script running which will handle this DNS action.

I have left it for over a day with no change, as mentioned in the post I linked it does seem to update the SOA but not the actual records.

I still haven't figured out what the problem is, I'm beginning to believe it is a bug in Plesk.

may i know how did you bind the both dns server in plesk?

I added the IP to the transfer restrictions tab in the DNS template.

Seems it is bug. Bugreport PPP-9441 has been submitted at least. Developers are working on it.
