Issue Plesk not start > undefined symbol: sqlite3_column_table_name

DDurko

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
CentOS 7.9.2009 x86_64
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.45.2
sw-engine-pleskrun[24818]: /usr/bin/sw-engine: symbol lookup error: /usr/bin/sw-engine: undefined symbol: sqlite3_column_table_name

plesk repair -n
/usr/bin/sw-engine: symbol lookup error: /usr/bin/sw-engine: undefined symbol: sqlite3_column_table_name
exit status 127

We have the same issue here on:
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.44.3
CentOS 7.9.2009 x86_64

# plesk repair installation
/usr/bin/sw-engine: symbol lookup error: /usr/bin/sw-engine: undefined symbol: sqlite3_column_table_name
exit status 127

We already did:
# yum clean
# yum update
reboot

# plesk repair (all installation)

# plesk bin extension -l >> returns the same error as shown above

# plesk installer --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --upgrade-installed-components >> returns all packages already up to date stopping installation.

panel.log shows the same error as above during let's encrypt certificate renewal.
The error only has been recognized because the autorenewal failed.
The interface was accessable until server restart.

We tried to reinstall plesk via
# plesk installer (interactive)

The process ran through until:
===> Cumulative upgrade of Plesk database (revertable stage) has been completed.
===> Plesk database scheme upgrade has been started.
/usr/lib64/sw-engine-cli-3.44: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/sw-engine-cli-3.44: undefined symbol: sqlite3_column_table_name

===> Plesk database scheme was not upgraded completely.

/usr/lib64/sw-engine-cli-3.44: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/sw-engine-cli-3.44: undefined symbol: sqlite3_column_table_name
***** problem report *****
===> Plesk database scheme was not upgraded completely.

I am lost.. any help would be nice.
Best regards.
