I just loaded a test server with RHEL 4.0,I did a minium install and had the auto loader download the rest. Everything seems to go ok, but I am unale to log into plesk admin. I bounce(shutdown/restart) the box, everything comes up fine, all but the plesk software. It wil not start. Is there a command line command to try to start it, and or has any one else seen this problem.

I'd say it's unlikely Plesk installer didn't correctly add it to the runlevel. Do you have a firewall blocking access?

service psa restart

... should restart Plesk.
 
The only firewall I have is the basic firewall installed by linux, I will try the command.
