This issue when you unable to sync service plan with hosting disabled has been fixed in MU#13

I am running :

10.4.4 CentOS 5 1013111102.18

Does this also apply to plesk 11.

Wat also seemd to work:

in the psa database i empty the table configurations --> run boosstrpper.sh repair --> restart plesk --> reconfigure /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/websrvmng -a -v

I will do some more testing with plesk 11
