Plesk not working after VPS chkdsk

Hello,

Does anyone know how to repair Plesk from the command line? After running the chkdsk command on the vps, ftp, www, and plesk services stopped working. I've tried using the Plesk reconfigurator ---> Repair Plesk,but it just shows the Plesk Mail Service.

Any help or clues would be gladly appreciated.
