Question Plesk Obsidian migration from Centos 7 to Debian 10

ArchanfelHUN

New Pleskian
Hi!

My company have two Plesk server. Both running on centos 7 and updated to the latest Obsidian release.
I have many issue with centos 7 recently. Mostly obsolated packages, outdated services, etc. I know the maintenance is still active but honestly barely got any update and even openssh, rsync is obsolated, so any remote backup stopped working recently. Im not like the way how centos is changed (all those stream versions) so upgrading to centos 8 not an option. Also there are no in-place upgrade for plesk so i needed the full server-server migration anyway. So i decided that im get rid of the centos 7 for good and change to debian 10.

My question is: The plesk migragtion tool can migrate everything from the old to the new server? Its working if the source and the destination OS different this much (like centos is rpm based debian is deb based)?
Also can transfer all the database, web files, webui settings? Can transfer the server license too?
Or i need any manual work? I already installed a debian 10 with the latest plesk obsidian, but i dont do anything else, so the next step would be start the migration.
There is anything what i should know about this?

Regards, Peter
