PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:
Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.8, Web Admin Edition, Windows Server 2016 Standard, Windows DNS, New installed System
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  1. Login in Plesk Penel with Edge IE10 or IE 11
  2. in left menu open Applications
  3. You will see nothing Applications listed on Mange my Aplications, Featured Aplications and All Available Aplications.

  1. Login in Plesk Penel with Edge IE10 or IE 11
  2. In left Menu open Email
  3. You only see
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Login in Plesk Penel with Edge IE10 or IE 11
  2. in left menu open Applications
  3. Ceck Mange my Aplications, Featured Aplications and All Available Aplications.

  1. Login in Plesk Penel with Edge IE10 or IE 11
  2. In left Menu open Mail if you have created an Email before, if not
  • Create first Email
  • go back to Email Adresses
ACTUAL RESULT:
You will see nothing Applications listed on Mange my Aplications, Featured Aplications and All Available Aplications.

You will only see this text w/o listed Mail adresses:
Create and manage email accounts associated with your domains. For each email account, you can set up a mailbox, a number of additional email addresses that will point to the same mailbox (email aliases), an auto-reply, and mail forwarding to one or several email addresses. You can also set up protection from spam and viruses, if these services are available for your account.​
EXPECTED RESULT:
See Images and Names of available applications.

On Email Adresses I aspect to see all created Mail adresses.​
