Issue Plesk Onyx Windows - Mailenable - Autoresponder feature does not work

Hi guys

When enabling autoresponder feature via plesk for some reason it does not enable on Mailenable side.
I tried it now just to be sure on 2 servers - 1 server using Mailenable 9.72 which I upgraded because I thought that may fix it from 9.62 and and a newer server also running 9.62.

Totally different servers with exact same issue.

Also when I enable auto responders via webmail it works perfectly. So I know its a plesk issue.

Can anyone else confirm please?

At this moment Plesk doesn't configure autoresponders in MailEnable. Autoresponders are created in Plesk and visible in Plesk only (not visible in MailEnable). When new email comes into your box, Plesk filter processes this email and sends autoresponder email itself.
We have some plans to switch to native autoresponders, but I can't give any ETA.
