Plesk Open relay ??

Dear plesk users,

I've wanted run an smtp service for our clients. But because lots of isp's blocks port 25 i've added this file to /etc/xinet.d/smtp_nonstandard

It contains this code

service smtp
{
        type            = UNLISTED
        socket_type     = stream
        protocol        = tcp
        port            = 2525
        wait            = no
        disable         = no
        user            = root
        instances       = UNLIMITED
        server          = /var/qmail/bin/tcp-env
        server_args     = -Rt0 /var/qmail/bin/relaylock /var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd /var/qmail/bin/smtp_auth /var/qmail/bin/true /var/qmail/b$
}

But now it seems that qmail act as an open relay ? What am i doing wrong ???
