Plesk Panel 11.5 Backup Manager Error

Hi Team,

I am now fgetting an error while clicking the Backup Manager option in Plesk panel 11.5 in Windows 2008 R2. Please see the error below:-

Error: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xc2' in position 392: ordinal not in range(128)

Please let me know how can I fix this issue. any help will be appreciated

But there is no way in this subject ( http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?301527) how to apply this solution to Plesk Panel Backup Manager problem. I asked the other problem. But i can not solve the problem up to now? Can you advice a clear solution to solve in Parallel Plesk Panel 11.5.x in Windows servers.

i have same problem with plesk panel 12, but i don't know how can i fix it
