Plesk panel doesnt load - looping

RedondoB

New Pleskian
Hello

I am using Version 11.5 and all of a sudden the plesk Panel Website doesnt load anymore.
:8443/https does give me an error message (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET)
:8880/http does not give an error message but is just loading indefinitly

What I saw is that psaadm was not available anymore, so I recreated it.

What else could be the reason? Is there a log file?

It's driving me nuts - I dont need it to work on https as I just want to login to make a backup as I am moving to another server

Event viewer gives an "information" (translated from german) "Error in listener channel for protocoll http in ApplicatonPool "PleskControlPanel""

Thanks

Redondo

Hi and thanks for your Response.
Not really much which gives me an answer to the Problem...

One question: is it possible to backup the whole plesk (Export) from commandline?
I want to Export it and Import it on My new Server... but as I cannot enter the Control Panel, it would be great to Export it using pleskbackup.exe

Tried pleskbackup.exe --Server but that gives me lots of backup files, not a single one.

Thanks

Regarding your first error, check application logs for application pool "PleskControlPanel" Might be that application pool is getting crashed.
