• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

HI everyone,
It seems that our Plesk server (hosted with 1AND1/IONOS) is having an issue out of nowehere. We we're able to access the plesk admin portal, couple days earlier and now we got an ERROR 500 when we try to access it.
  1. - We've try a plesk repair
    1. Unfortunately, exit 255. we've followed (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...plesk-login-command-fails-with-255-error-code) but still same issue.
  2. We've try a plesk installer, full update
    1. We were able to update but at end we goth a everytime we got that (same error as a stack trace get-login-link):
lstat("/opt/psa/admin/plib/vendor/plesk/zf1/library/constants.php", 0x7fff3eef1400) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
access("/var/parallels/feedback-disabled", F_OK) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
openat(AT_FDCWD, "/opt/psa/admin/conf/leika.conf", O_RDONLY) = 3
fstat(3, {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644, st_size=4096, ...}) = 0
lseek(3, 0, SEEK_CUR) = 0
fstat(3, {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644, st_size=4096, ...}) = 0
read(3, "{\"serverSettingsVersion\":\"plesk-"..., 12288) = 4096

We're out of ideas to fix this situation.
The service itself for the client is working correctly but unable to manage it without the panel.
