• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Plesk Panel main menu frame is empty

After I log into the Parallels Plesk Panel, I can see the left menu, but nothing in the big frame in the right where normally all the icons show up.. I can only see content in the middle frame if I go to "virtuozzo" on the left menu.

The browser says that there is a redirect loop. Please see the attached image for more details.

I have tried with three different browsers, in two different computers. I have erased cookies and tried again. No change.

Google Chrome message:
The webpage at https://xx.xx.xx.xx:8443/vz/cp/psa/restore_session?returl=/clients/clients.php3 has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

More details on the problem: It only occurs when I log in as admin. I have tried with client accounts and it works ok. I am using virtuozzo at the same time, and the panel in virtuozzo :)4643) works fine.

Thank you for your help

Ignacio

Hello,

I'm having the same problem. Any chance that you could post the change you made to fix this?

Thanks,

Will.

Hi Will,

I realised that there were two php.ini

/etc/php.ini
/usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini

I returned the second one to its original status, namely this line:

memory_limit = 128M

Hope this is useful for you,

ignacio
