• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Plesk panel problem

"You have entered incorrect username or password" speaks for itself, and so does "The email address was not recognized". How can we help with this? We don't know your username or password.

Sometimes users who are desperate and think they know their username and password are on the wrong server.

Brother, the password and username are 100% correct.

But it always writes to me that the data is incorrect

How do you solve this problem?

Maybe the computer is right?

The administrator of the server can reset the password of a customer account. Can you ask the admin? If you are admin yourself, you can login through SSH and follow the "command-line interface" instructions as given in

The SSH key is something that you as the server owner needs to know. If you have lost your key and neither have SSH access by username/password, e.g. through a tool like PuTTY, it'll become awfully difficult to access your system. It would basically require a network boot from a network Linux distribution in order to access the disks, then you'd need to change the SSH access data on the disks, then reboot again into your real OS to gain access again. This however is way beyond any support regarding Plesk. It is a Linux admin task.
