Issue Plesk Panel Server IP Keeps on changing

I am encountering issue on my server IP address showing on Plesk Dashboard, my OVH server assigned IP address for server is using 51.91.XX.XX but then the IP shown is 5.135.XX.XX. Already execute the

plesk bin reconfigurator filename

the server IP changed correctly to 51.91.XX.XX as the default Plesk IP, but then if I Goto Tools --> IP Addresses and click the Reread IP Address, it will then again set the server default IP back to 5.135.XX.XX. I am using public IP addresses directly on my OVH dedicated server. Can you give us some reference or advise? We need to deploy our server ASAP.
