Hello I would like to add the registrar godaddy in the plesk billing system, how should I do?

Just go to All Settings -> Hosting Panels & External Modules -> Registrar Modules -> Add New Registrar and add Wild West Domains/GoDaddy registrar.

WildWestDomains is GoDaddy's branch specialized on work with GoDaddy partners - resellers.
So if you want to resell domains through GoDaddy/WWD, you need to set up this registrar in CBM and attach TLDs to it.
