Where does the Plesk Premium Mail configuration file reside for centos 7?

the configuration files for "Plesk Premium Email by Kolab" exist at => /etc/roundcubemail/

Thank you for your quick reply, if I make any changes to those files do I need to restart the service? if so what is the command to restart the service.

do I need to restart the service?

The configuration is based on templates and configuration files, which are not related to the depending webserver - configuration files, so no "service" has to be restarted after your changes/modifications.
