Hi

I rent a Root-Server with Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS and Plesk 11.0.9 Update #36.
Now I bought 1 Month Plesk Premium Outbound Antispam from plesk Web-Shop and imported the provided key
into my Plesk Panel. It says that everythink is ok. After installing the Addon without any failure reports i started it to get it working. It says that everythink is fine, but nothing is happen! It doesnt Count any spammails and it doesnt Count the unaffected mails, so every Counter still is 0 after 4 days, so i think that it isn t doing anythink.

What should i have to do now? any suggestions?

Should there be a Service showing up withing Tools-Settings -manage Services within plesk after installing this addon?
 
I have mu36 installed while the error should be fixed in 21 or 20. My license key is written in the config File, and the Web-Console is showing that Outbound Spam is active. If theres no Licence File the Web-Console is writing an error. You see my Status in my attached files from the post above...

Cause
The "APS.***" license key for Parallels Premium Outbound Antispam for Unix/Linux is not installed in Parallels Plesk Panel. It is missing from the "Additional License Keys" page:

But my Key is listet on this page as you can see below

I fixed it by adding some lines to the Hosts file. I found it within the Plesk FAQ. So it is very very bad that the Support technician doesnt read my written text, doesnt look at my screenshots and only reads: premium antispam and Posts this useless links which he could verify that they doesnt match my Situation by reading only the Version of my Plesk in my first post.

Very bad Plesk. I dont think that you are earning Money anymore from me as a Customer......

Many of issues can be related to misconfiguration of server system, human factor and so on. And it can be determined and fixed only after deep investigation directly on your server. On this forum we can provide direction, suggestions and solutions only when they are known. If your problem can not be resolved in frame of forum discussion, you can contact offical support here http://www.parallels.com/support
Experienced supporters will login on your server and perform detailed investigation and problem will be fixed finally. If they found that problem is caused product bug - you will be refunded.
I think it is reasonable.
 
Sure, i know this. But when u are posting a kb article where you can read in the first line: fixed with mu21 and i post my Version where you can read in the first line that i have mu36 installed, and this two times without any reaction to my screenshots and my written text, you can imagine that i get a little bit angry.
