• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk Private Key Error at Login

CharlieGr

New Pleskian
When I am trying to access my panel, I receive the following error and am unable to login:

Code:
Server error (code 500): Exception with message 'Can not export server's private key as string.' caught at top level.

It has been suggested to re-key my server key, however, I am at a loss on how to install it as I installed the previous key via Plesk panel.

I have also been told that there is an issue with the Plesk private key.

I have recently updated Plesk to 11.5.30 on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1

Thanks in advance

It seems SSO is broken. Try to repair it with

\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>billing-repair-integration.exe --command=repair-sso --debug
