Plesk Reconfigurator + changes to uploads?

Hey all...

running w2k3/IIS6 and P7.6 for windows.

had a problem on the server on Tuesday so tech support ran the Reconfig to make it better, which it appeared worked fine.

today, however, in my Email Newsletter ASP app that I wrote, I now note that my upload capabilities are not working anymore. I get no uploads happeneing...that is, they do NOT work.

so my quesiton is will Reconfig somehow "mess" with an ASP upload?
