Plesk reinstall and restore

Hi,

I’m experiencing serious problems with Plesk 8.0 on a CentOS 4.3 server. I can’t delete domains and users. I want to delete and reinstall Plesk on the same server, but I don’t know how to safely delete Plesk and back-up all information needed to restore all domains and users after the reinstall.

Could some one please help me?
