Plesk remove permissions on websites folders

I have problems on permissions. Plesk lost permissions of websites.

When I try to fix permissions using file manager receive this error:

The operation you were performing failed. You can retry the operation with or without changing its parameters. You may also want to report this problem to our support so that we could help you as soon as possible.

details:

FileList::init() failed: ls_dir_wrapper() failed: Unable to get file (D:\websites\xxx.com) attributes: (5) Access is denied.
---------------------- Debug Info -------------------------------
0: htdocs\filemanager\filemanager.php:677

After I fix permissions manully, I try to enter on file manager to fix using permission options. I can access file manager, but when click on permission button of httpdocs folder, or on any another folder inside httpdocs, receive this message:

Information: You are not allowed to change permissions for this folder.

After days, permiossions is losted again, and cycle restarted....

Thanks

Me too facing same problem, I have tried with couple of Plesk control version, but all versions are facing same error with permissions on the website folder.
