lema

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Debian 12.7
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.64
Hello !
In a fresh PLESK installation, I am receiving the following ERROR when executing "plesk repair all" from cli.
Note: The installation was done with its database on a remote database server.
(following the (Plesk for Linux) Plesk Installation Without the Local Database)

Code:
Checking Plesk version .............................................. [OK]
[MYSQL ERROR] Given <password> is incorrect. Access denied for user
  'admin'@'localhost' ............................................... [ERROR]

Hi Lema,

Can you check the remote database server is accessible from the Plesk server?

# try to connect to the MySQL server from the Plesk server
[another_server]$ mysql --host=mysql_server --user=mysql_admin --password=<password>

Check the error logs (i.e. /var/log/plesk/panel.log) for more detailed information also reviewing MySQL/MariaDB logs on the remote database server for any failed connection attempts can provide more insights

Hello !
The connection between Plesk and the remote DB server is fine.
After several failed attempts, I switched back to a local DB, and everything is working correctly..
