PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

The logo URL of resellers is not working correctly anymore.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

- create reseller account
- login to reseller account
- add "Logo URL" under "Tools & Utilities" => "Plesk Branding": e.g.

https://www.my-domain.com

- save and then go e.g. homepage
- then click on the logo in the top-left corner

ACTUAL RESULT

- "Error: An invalid URL was requested."
- redirect to:

https://[panel-url]/admin/home/https://www.my-domain.com

EXPECTED RESULT

- redirect to:

https://www.my-domain.com
