  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.

I am having a problem restoring from a backup that plesk has created. It is giving the following error message: Unable to find file info.xml in archive. If this file is missing is there any way to re-create it and get the backup to work. Also is there any way to make the backups split into smaller file sizes as my backup files are running a little over in 2GB in size.
 
Plesk Backup files is a usual .zip archieve. You can unpack it with any archivier and check info.xml (if know as). Also i know no way to change backup file size...
 
Unfortunately, It means that the Plesk backup file is corrupted, also the 'info.xml' file inside is corrupted and can't be restored. 'info.xml' contains essential backup information (clients, IP pool, etc.) so such backup file can't be restored.
