Plesk restore from crashed hard drive

Hello, we recently had a crashed drive and lost our plesk backups. We only managed to save all the data from the installation folder where plesk is installed. Can i retrieve some how the data from these plesk installation folders ? (i.e. sites, mailenable accounts, etc.)
