Plesk restore Mapping File questions

Hi, it's my first time doing this and the documentation and references are really not clear to me so I have a few questions before I start my full server restoration:

Do I have to specify anything in the [db-servers] section if I only use local databases?

Do I have to enter the details for every clients for a full server restoration?
