PLESK says: Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_7706_0.MYD' (Errcode: 17)

I get this error when I click on the MAIL icon in the server menu: Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_7706_0.MYD' (Errcode: 17)


the file /tmp/#sql_7706_0.MYD does exit, it was created yesterday by user mysql.

Will try to delete it....

solved by deleting it, by I always want to understand why this happens.

1:another filename should have been choosen in the /tmp directory
2: why wasn't the 1 day old file deleted
