• The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions.
Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
  • Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.

Input Plesk seems to completely lack documentation for pulling your website out any insights on how would be appreciated.

Seems that none of the googling or duckduckgo'ing I'm doing is resulting in any information on how to get a Wordpress off of Plesk we paid a software developer to make a Wordpress showbox.bio/ tutuapp.uno/ https://vidmate.cool/ for us and now we can't get documentation on how to pull out and just use a Docker container or something that's easier to negotiate around problems.

Why do you expect Plesk to create a documentation for Wordpress? Would it not be the task of Wordpress developers to provide a documentation how to migrate a Wordpress website? And your paid Wordpress developer does not want to assist you either?

To download or backup a Wordpress website, only two simple steps are required:
a) Dump the database to a file, e.g. with the "Export" icon on the database tab.
b) Create an archive of the document root directory of your website, e.g. archive the /httpdocs folder, to have a copy of all your files and directories.

Theres is a wealth of free Wordpress plugins, too, to archive a site, e.g. "Duplicator" by Snap Creek. You can create full backups of a Wordpress installation with them.
